2. Service requests, quotes and estimates

• Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a binding contract.
• Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on an initial inspection. If additional work is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
• Quoted pricing is valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Emergency response times depend on location, time of day and technician availability, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

3. Scheduling, access and site conditions

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the equipment to be serviced, including a safe work area, and for disclosing known hazards. If our technician cannot safely perform the work, or if access is unavailable at the scheduled time, a trip or service call charge may apply.

4. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Amounts not paid when due may be subject to a late charge to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Rentals

Rental equipment remains our property or the property of our rental partner. You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession, including operating it in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable OSHA requirements, ensuring only trained and authorized operators use it, and returning it in the condition received, normal wear excepted. Separate rental agreement terms may apply and will control where they conflict with these Terms.

6. Parts and sales

Parts and equipment sold by us may carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer or supplier, and its terms control. Availability, pricing and lead times are subject to change.

7. Warranty on labor

We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair we performed fails due to our workmanship within the period stated on your invoice or service agreement, contact us and we will make it right in accordance with that agreement. This warranty does not cover normal wear, operator damage, misuse, lack of required maintenance, or work performed by others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost production, or downtime costs, arising out of or related to our services, this website, or any equipment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Communications and SMS

By providing your contact details you agree that we may contact you by phone, email and SMS about your service requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Intellectual property

The Forge Forklift Services name, logo, site content and graphics are our property or are used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written consent. Manufacturer names and brands referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the equipment we service. 12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
